'Cats And Babies' is Nomad's sophomore album. Less beats, more songs. Breathtaking melodies with the typical Nomad touch. Think WHY? meets DANIEL JOHNSTON ... Sing-along songs for all ages. Let Nomad take you away.

'Lemon Tea' – Nomad's solo debut (Hue 2006) – was love at first sight. The album instantly got under our skin and we truly adore Nomad ever since. "Bedroom hiphop folk" he called it. The grace and beauty of lo-fi songs with wonderful melodies and witty but intelligent lyrics. Nomad's unique voice took us to another world. The album was released on the Japanese label Hue and though it sold quite well in Japan (Nomad also toured over there) it didn't get decent promo in homeland Belgium. Still, we highly recommend to check out Nomad's debut as well! That said ...
'Cats And Babies' – the sophomore album – surprises in its honesty. Simple melodic songs are still the base, but the programmed beats made way for a more natural sound. Red threat in this album is the piano that brings extra intensity to the songs. In his lyrics Nomad is more personal: "I'm trying to deal with the fact that at the age of 27 youth is over and I am supposed to act as an adult." This time, Nomad also releases on a Belgian label: Vlas Vegas Records (Ansatz der Maschine, The Black Heart Rebellion, Guernica, Hitch, Vandal X ...).

For live shows Nomad is backed up by some excellent musicians: members of Zucchini Drive, Salvador and Galatasaray (rip).
Nomad has an established presence in the independent hiphop scene as a member of Belgium's avant hop pride Cavemen Speak. Their unique crossover of subdued guitar-songs and hiphop has allowed them to perform all over Europe. They've sold records as far as the US and Japan. In 2003 Cavemen Speak featured on the renowned Domino-compilation by AB and The Wire.

In 2004, Nomad featured on the brilliant Gunporn album (with Zucchini Drive, Bleubird and German producer XNDL). In 2005 he dropped a full-length album together with Epic, the top of Canadian underground hiphop: 'Epic and Nomad'. More recently Nomad also featured on albums of Zucchini Drive and Nuccini.
